The TMC Social CRM Award honors vendors that have demonstrated innovation, unique capabilities, and significant contributions toward enabling and improving social channel interactions. TMC, a global, integrated media company, sponsors this award and has published the winner, finalists and honorees in the current issue of TMC’s Customer Interaction Solutions magazine.
